Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. "The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"

"We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"Lovely hotel on a quiet side street close the old market square. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel does not have many amenities and we didn’t take breakfast at the nearby restaurant as we opted to try a different cafe each morning. There are so many places nearby it was very easy to do. We would definitely stay here again. "

"My husband and I stayed in this hotel when we visited Krakow last year. The options available for the breakfast buffet were plentiful and delicious. I slipped during one of the city tours and sprained my knee. The receptionist staff member and his colleagues went above and beyond to call a cab to get me to the hospital and reserved the hotel room for the additional days as I had postpone my return trip. Thank you for very much to the staff member on duty in the early week of November 2024! They went above and beyond in making sure that we were well cared for and comfortable! Thanks again!"

Exceptional, stylish retreat in Kraków

"Where to start? PURO Kraków Kazimierz is exceptional, blending stylish design with thoughtful details. The ambiance is just as beautiful as in the photos. I loved the free coffee and the range of vegan breakfast options. The location is great, the pick-up point for my Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine tours was only five minutes away. It's a 25-minute walk to the old town and a short stroll to the charming Jewish Quarter - be sure to check out the nearby Sababa cocktail bar. It’s a perfect retreat from the more central tourist and shopping areas. The only downside of staying here is that you might be reluctant to leave and explore the city's attractions. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely book here again, but next time, I plan to allow more time in my itinerary to relax and enjoy the hotel. It deserves more time to be full experienced."
