"Very nice quiet accommodation, clean and with everything needed for cooking and washing machine, although I didn't understand how to get the channels on the TV! Very convenient location, close to Keleti train station, about a 25 minute walk down to the Danube or 20 minute walk up to the Arena. Easy to get bus, tram or metro. Loads of shops nearby. "

"The hotel was a very nice relaxing spa hotel. They cleaned everyday and it was all spotless, although they didnt replace tissue when it finished and gave a stingy 2 teabags. Some of the receptionist and people In the breakfadt hall were very friendly whilst thete were 1 or 2 who were not very helpful which was frusyrating. "

"Fabulous apartment. We stayed here with our 2 young children for 4 nights in the penthouse room. The master bedroom and bath was upstairs so we had distance and quiet from our children. Self-contained kitchen. Location was less than a minute's walk to the tram and underground train. Cafes and restaurants on the street at the front door. I will stay here again and I recommend it. "

It’s misrepresenting I booked at your hotel because I thought I was going to have a Kosher breakfast and I paid for it but I can’t eat it. I’m going to come on line on a group that looks for kosher hotels, and say that you are not a Kosher Hotel and you are misrepresenting yourself . "The first night we were in a room that had a continuous droan sound. This was roon 202 I complained and the room was changed staff were very please r. The rooms are clean the hallways are a bit worn damaged wall paper bleeched spots on the carpet. But it's a terrific location nice rooms staff are nice. "I spent a week in this hotel, and I must say this was one of the most relaxing hotel experiences I have been to. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from both Metro Stations and Trams, it is located around one of the most active areas of Budapest, surrounded by many dining options & retail stores. it is an excellent access point to get to any attraction around the city. The room and hotel environment is pretty quiet, there is no disturbance, quite the safe location and very comfortable rooms. I was also able to do a late check-in, letting the hotel know beforehand. At the check-in counter was Kornel, a very nice guy who has in detail, explained the available facilities, how to get to them and to my room, and provided me with brochures of available tourist attractions and travel group agents you can join to make the best out of your stay. Thank you. Also shoutout to Elena, who was taking care of my room service throughout my stay!"
