I loved the location; the local area felt so clean, quiet, and close to multiple underground and Ueno main stations. Akihabara is literally 20 minutes down the road and was incredible, and Asakusa is 20 minutes the other way. Ueno itself was full of lovely little shops and nice places to eat. The local park was also lovely.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and happy to help; anything we needed was not too much trouble, and I loved the design of the property. The apartment itself was great for us (a small family of three) with the washer/dryer, kitchen with a fridge/freezer, and bathroom. Our son loved the bath / shower combo and how deep the bath could get.
The area is fantastic with a Lawson’s 2 minutes down the road; the staff there were friendly, particularly if you made the effort to ask for things in Japanese (quick Google before you go in).
All in all - we'd stay again the next time we come to Tokyo (hopefully next year!)

"This hotel was in a great location near many food options and convenience stores and train station. The rooms are a bit small then other apa hotels I have been at but is to be expected from my experience in this location. Staff and service was very helpful and helped me with anything I needed.
