Absolutely Wonderful
What a wonderful weekend we had in Summerland. The property was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The view from the huge windows was glorious and there was a welcoming something for us which was a very nice touch (I won't say what and spoil your surprise). Communication was easy by text and phone. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and will certainly try and stay here again.

Communication: Roy was exceptional in all aspects of communication; before, during, & after our stay. Cleanliness: Pristine from bathrooms, bedding, & all kitchen utensils/supplies. Location: Convenient to all attractions. Minutes from restaurants, wineries, & beaches. Spectacular 180 degree lake views! VERY QUIET: No noise from above or neighbors at all times. Personal Touches: Owners welcomed us with freshly baked bread, answered questions on tourist attractions, & were very friendly. Great Value.

Roy and Kelly were very prompt in their responses. The place is very clean and the view is amazing! I wish there was a little firepit. We sat for hours just staring at the view. The only downside is the poor insulation for noise from upstairs. If you wanted to lie in past 7:30, it may not be feasible with running around from above. We enjoyed the space, it was very clean and they were good hosts.

A view to die for
The property was lovely and worked really well for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the baked goodies that were provided by the hosts. We especially enjoyed eating our breakfast outside on the patio and taking in the incredible view of the lake.

A wonderful stay, beautiful view!
We were in Summerland for a wedding this last weekend. The property was very clean and extremely well stocked - kitchen appliances, spices, cooking utensils. The host Kelly even had fresh scones waiting for us when we arrived. The patio was huge with a beautiful view, perfect area for a workout or just to sit and enjoy your cup of coffee. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Beautiful stay with panoramic views
We really enjoyed our stay here. The suite is spacious, new and very clean, with a full kitchen. Communication with the hosts was excellent - Kelly was very attentive to our needs and even brought down some freshly baked sourdough and muffins (which were delicious!). The only negative we found was the brightness. The guest bedroom has darker draperies, but the Master is outfitted with sheers - and with the morning summer sun it was insanely bright. Even with eye masks, we had to put blankets + towels up to be able to sleep past 5-6am. You do hear the pitter patter of little feet running about at times, but being a family with a young child this didn't bother us in the slightest. The patio views are truly breathtaking and it is so peaceful to sit out there in the morning for coffee and evening as the sun sets. We would definitely stay here again (with the hope that perhaps the Master suite window coverings will be updated by then). Cheers Kelly and Roy!

We were two couples, one with a baby, visiting the area for the weekend having never travelled to this part of the country before. We arrived at the home we were amazed at the beauty of the home and especially the view from the large patio overlooking vineyards and the lake. The space was perfect for us and comfortable and clean. Kelly and Roy were the most gracious and kind hosts - they were helpful in giving us recommendations for our trip before we even arrived and welcomed us with snacks and goodies in the home. It was also a great location to visit multiple vineyards and towns on the lake. I can’t say enough good things - thank you for a great visit!

Very special property
We are so thankful to Kelly and Roy for hosting us at their gorgeous property. Kelly greeted us with many yummy treats and breakfast items for the family. The suite was spotless. This gem was very spacious, clean, in a lovely quiet area of Summerland, 10 mins drive away from various beaches. You even went above and beyond to supply the kitchen with a few breakfast items and an amazing local sourdough loaf!!! We loved our stay there!

Roy and Kelly have created an incredible suite. Stunning view of the lake, sheltered from the sun, bright clean and cool inside with incredibly comfortable beds. Very quiet! Amazing View and Huge Patio
We had a most relaxing stay. This property had all the amenities we expected and more! The complimentary sour dough bread, apple jelly and especially the blueberry scones delivered to our patio door in the morning was a delightful surprise. The hosts, Kelly & Roy did everything to make our stay a memorable one. We had guests from Austria and we know they will take their positive experience back to their country. Beautiful apartment. Well stocked with toiletries dishwashing supplies etc. views to die for. Pictures of patio do not do it justice. Only problem is that soundproofing from above seems to be non existent so be prepared for the sounds of very busy children from early morning until late in the evening. The relentless pounding of feet, loud bangs and occasional cries and yelling seriously affected our enjoyment, of an otherwise wonderful place. That said if the weather is good the terrace will afford a peaceful refuge from the noisy inside.

Incredible view, spacious, bright and clean place with the most amazing hosts
I can’t begin to describe how beautiful this place is. The road reminded me of small European winery roads, the view of the lake, spacious place, very clean and with all the facilities that anyone would to stay comfortably! The hosts are very kind, and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again and recommend to everyone!
