This home is located in Cudjoe Gardens one house in from the open water. Large open floor plan to kitchen with large center island and tons of storage equipped with almost anything a chef could need. 2200 sq ft split floorplan home. Brand new floors throughout. 3 bedrooms 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 regular sofa. Two full bathrooms. Full house generator, pool, large PVC deck and dock. Marina with gas, bait, supplies and boat ramp only 1 block away. Very clean home with sunset view. Brand new AC.

Amazing property!
Perfect location just 30 minutes to Key West. We loved having our boat at the house as well as our dogs. Ample parking, great outside space, easy navigating our boat, fully equipped home, lovely water views, friendly neighbors. Wonderful month

Great Place Great Location
We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect for our needs, fishing and diving. An easy jaunt to the back and straight out to the front via the channel markers. And the sunsets at American Shoal Light House were outstanding! We had a few minor issues, but Dana was wonderful to communicate with and most of them were taken care of as quickly as anything can be taken care of in the Keys. She kept in touch with us to make sure all was good. The absolute best part of the house - the pool! After a long hot day on the water, the pool was such a welcome site! Thank you Dana for being a fantastic host and allowing us to stay!

No room at the inn!
My wife & I are locals to Key West, but a fire at our house left us, our cat and dog looking for accommodations during spring break. Both were old and our dog was a German Shepard. Many "pet friendly" places turned us down!!! Then we found Dana and on short notice, she welcomed us in! We can not thank her enough for the additional support that she provided. The house is wonderful, comfortable, and provided us the retreat that was so needed. We never had any issues and all the amenities exceeded our needs. One other bonus was the whole house generator!! 10 days into our stay, a sailboat hit the "tie line" causing a 4 hour power outage; but not for us! Thanks again Dana Wayne & Laura

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay. House as pictured in listing, kitchen extremely well equipped. A few mechanical issues while we were there, Dana very easy to reach and did everything possible to resolve them !quickly.
