Luxury Oceanfront Retreat consists of 2 separate micro cottages, Tiny Oceanfront Retreat and Designer Oceanfront Villa, each with their own private hot tub and sauna on a large oceanfront deck separated by a privacy fence with a door to connect the 2 cottages. Bright and breezy, our Tiny Oceanfront Retreat has gorgeous ocean views and everything you need to relax, unwind and enjoy life`s simple pleasures. This tiny home is handcrafted and built by a local artisans. Take in spectacular views of waves crashing on the rocks, seals basking the the sun and the occasional whale swimming by. Tiny Oceanfront Retreat has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a single pullout bed, a cute dining area with seating for 2, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom with shower. Designer Ocean Villa is an open concept studio layout with breathtaking panoramic views of the bold Atlantic Ocean. The villa has a large open space with queen bed, queen sofa bed and a bright and open loft space with queen mattress, a full bathroom, dining table for 4, and kitchen, with all the amenities . Both cottages share a fire and are within walking distance of Summerville Beach and a short drive to several of Nova Scotia`s best white sandy beaches, walking trails, provincial parks and two resorts. These cottages are sure to please.

We would appreciate if kids don’t play with playdoh , water or slime inside the house . Furniture should not be moved . FirePit is not supposed to be moved . Garbage needs to sorted , Burn restrictions are to be followed. Water to be poured once fire pit is used . Only toilet paper to be flushed , we have a septic tank .
