In the summer, the furnished deck is the perfect place to enjoy the view and fire up the barbecue. In the evening enjoy a wonderful evening of rest on a new memory foam mattress(all three bedrooms downstairs have new mattresses as of Oct. 2019)

The Valley offers an extensive trail system for walking and cycling, while Sun Valley and Ketchum are a short drive away for dining and shopping. For even more skiing options, Bald Mountain is just four miles away, and in the summer, you can indulge in a variety of other activities including paragliding, mountain biking, and hiking.

Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. Due to construction, there will be no pool or hot tub access during the 2020 and 2021 winter seasons. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
