They were extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our weekend and celebration! The fridge-freezer is smaller than your standard size, but it easily held three days' worth of food with plenty of room to spare. The only things to note were there were a couple in person check ins that were a bit surprising and we would have appreciated some heads up, particularly with small children around we wouldn’t have wanted them to come across strangers, so that’s our feedback on how to make the stay more comfy and why the one less star.
