Lovely weekend getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sundridge this past weekend. The cottage was clean and tidy and had all of the necessary amenities to be able to relax and enjoy the weekend. There were lots of board games there as well which was an added bonus! There is a great little private beach about a 10 minute walk from the cottage at the bottom of Union Street that was great for wading and playing catch with our dog. It would be a great spot for younger children as well as you can walk out quite far without it getting deep. The cottage has a big backyard with a nice firepit and picnic table where we enjoyed a bbq dinner and then a fire. There are twinkle lights set up as well which really added to the ambiance. We also drove to see the Screaming Heads exhibit (about a half hour drive from the cottage) which was a very cool experience! We had a great time and experience at this rental and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Cheryl for lending us your beautiful home!

My sister and I met for her birthday in this quiet hideaway. It is halfway between her northern and my southern home. The property is quiet, bright and great for relaxing.

An epic little cottage!
We LOVED our stay at The Pine and Birch. The cabin is super well stocked, exceptionally well decorated, very comfortable and in an amazing location. Everyone who was there expressed their wanting to stay again. Communication with Cheryl was incredible - she is a very helpful host. Can’t wait to visit Sundridge again.

The property was very clean and well kept, with firm beds, comfortable bedding and fully appointed kitchen. It was “walk in ready” to go. The area is very serene and walkable, and a few steps from beautiful Lake Bernard, several public beaches, and the quiet downtown of Sundridge. There were amenities for food to eat in or out to make it an easy place to live for two weeks. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay and met our needs perfectly. Hostess Cheryl has thought of everything. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us.

Great spot to stay
The Pine and Birch was a cozy place to stay while visiting family in Sundridge. Everything was as-described, efficient, and clean. The only challenge was frequently disconnecting and slow internet. Had that worked better this would be a 5 star review.

Good Home Base For Exploring The Area
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The cottage had everything we needed. Cheryl is an excellent host. One thing, if you’re here for a beach vacation, be prepared to drive to get there. I assumed the beach was at the end of the street but that’s private property and you have to walk over to the next street to access a public beach. You might also want to hit a beach on Eagle Lake, around 20 minutes away.

Cute and cozy!
Cheryl's property was very warm, cute and cozy! She provided all the essentials that we needed for our stay, and was super quick to respond to any questions that I had leading up to and during our stay. The cottage was very well kept, and was close to the hub of Sundridge. I highly recommend!! 🙂
