"Great location as we have an early flight to catch. Airport is literally within 10 mins walk with covered walkway. We had lots of bags so opted for a buggy ride that was complimentary. It is comfortable and clean. We were not offered any VIP perks and because we were there for about 12 hours we didn’t ask. Would have been nice to be recognised as VIP, even a welcome drink would be appreciated. "

"This is a hotel you need to understand. It is perfectly located between the airport and Kuala Lumpur, however around the hotel is very little in walking distance. It is a great hotel to get away and staff is amazing. Rooms do need a refresh but are still quite ok"

"Very nice place. Kids friendly. I was with my family. We. enjoyed a lot. The area has some issue with house flies . But the hotel management tried their best to control it via pest control measures. They also highlight this issue upfront. So choose the restaurant where you want to have your breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner wisely."

"Great place to rest while in transit. The rooms are small but comfortable with TV, tea/coffee, shower and comfy beds. I will stay again if in transit. "

"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller through was tight. Breakfast had a wide selection, I particularly enjoyed the salad section and sweet treats available. The omelette is one of the tastiest in a hotel I've had. Overall a very enjoyable stay!"
