"I don't even know where to begin. We came for a vacation of 4 days. The hotel service and comfort was a total disaster. From the first moment there was a problem with the door (you couldn't lock it) which got us stuck in the hotel several times. Each time a master came to fix it and did a bad job that helped only for few hours. The air conditioner was very weak and it was very hot to stay in the room (August!). Only on the last day of our vacation, and the third time that there was a problem...
