Family and Pet Friendly Lake Front Home

1700 square foot home, completely remodeled in 2021.
Rates are for 3 adults, there is a per $39.00 fee for each additional guest
Full deck with seating for 6-9, fire pit and plenty of space to hang out in the shade or sun!
Unfortunately we DO NOT have a dock available for boats and/or swimming.
Bar and game table in basement - lots of space to chill with great views of the water
55 inch TV upstairs and down.
Open kitchen with new appliances and island that seats 5
Completely fenced yard - lots of room for your dog(s) to run and soak up the sunshine
28MM close to the West Side's best lake front bars and restaurants.
Parking for 2 cars - no street parking allowed
No swimming, fishing or other use of neighbor's docks (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

Pet Fees - A nonrefundable pet fee of $150.00 for up to two pets. Each additional pet is $25.00 per stay.

Lakeside Cabin with Stunning Views
We love the opportunity to travel with our family and pups! We so enjoyed the fire pit, beautiful views from the decks, family game time and walks down the wonderful wooded lane! The host was awesome. Great communication and very accommodating. We will stay here again.

This place is awesome. The house and view are excellent. The pet friendly property has a fenced in yard that is perfect for your pups. You can watch your dog(s) in the yard and the boats go by. Highly recommend and plan on returning!

Wonderful Stay!
I highly recommend this property to anyone! Clean, well-appointed, tasteful beach decor, amazing outdoor space, location was great, and communication with the home owner was fantastic! If you’re looking for a little quieter stay at the Ozarks vs. the hustle and bustle of Osage Beach (which is great but a little too busy for us) then this is the place to stay. This was our very first VRBO and the bar is now set to an extremely high standard! Great vacation!

Family and Pet Friendly Lake Front Home stay
Awesome house in a beautiful location! Very quiet and relaxing (during the off season). Neighbors were also very friendly. Communication with property manager was very good. There was some kind of error and Vrbo didn't notify the property manager that we were coming. However we were able to contact them and they got us in on our check in day with no problem!
