"The shower was a bit uncomfortable. The internet was not all the time and in all the apartment strong enough. I suggest to add some heat resistant gloves in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and will come back for sure."

"The location is great! The check in was one hour later than stated so we had to hang around the hotel opposite for a couple of hours with our luggage. "On the positive the room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice bathroom and came with a kitchen. It's situated directly across the lake from the train station with great walks starting just along the street. It wasn't so good on the little things that you would normally expect; no hand soap, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, etc. Personally, given that it came with a kitchen, I would expect a few basics items such as condiments and paper towels. "Great hotel with wonderful amenities included such as their spa, full breakfast with so many options and shuttle to skiing in Celerina. Everyone was so nice and helpful, plus they did speak a bit of English or other languages. Also, the local bus was very close to the hotel to take into St. Moritz. Will definitely stay here again when in the St. Moritz area. "
