Small rooms but convenient. We stayed in a DELUXE DOUBLE, the room was small (not tiny), enough for 2 people with 2 carry ons and 2 big suitcases. The hotel is nice, they clean the rooms everyday, the front desk is helpful, also the staff from the cafe in the lobby. Location is good, we waked all the time to restaurants and bars. Also, the Shinjuku station is a short walk away. The area is surrounded by bars and motels, you’ll always see young people walking around. But the hotel and the rooms are quiet, despite being in right next to the entertainment core. We spent a week there. It’s a nice comfortable hotel.

"This hotel was my favorite out of the 4 we stayed in during our Japan trip. The beds were comfortable, bathroom had all we needed and the balcony gave us the most amazing view in the morning, definitely get a room facing the water and mountain.
