Welcome to Waterfront Delight on Cater, a charming holiday rental located in the beautiful Sussex Inlet. This property offers a comfortable and spacious retreat for up to seven guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- No Aircon and Wifi.
- Carport Access and Driveway Parking
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets ARE allowed (Outside only) (Please note, one side fence is 700mm high and there is no fence along the water’s edge)
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
- Fire wood is not supplied

Inside
Spread across two stories, Waterfront Delight offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. On the first story, you'll find a cozy lounge room with a TV and a fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for evenings spent unwinding with your loved ones. There is also a well-appointed bedroom and a convenient bathroom on this level.

Ascending to the second story, you'll discover another inviting lounge room equipped with a TV and a CD player, providing entertainment options for your enjoyment. The kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully combined in the same room, making meal preparation, and socialising a breeze. Additionally, there is a second bathroom conveniently located on this level, along with the remaining two comfortable bedrooms.

Outside
One of the highlights of Waterfront Delight is the balcony, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area and is furnished with outdoor furniture. The property boasts a backyard that includes a private jetty, allowing you to easily access the pristine waters and indulge in activities such as fishing, boating, or simply lounging by the water's edge. There is also an undercover area where you can relax, dine, or host a barbecue, providing additional options for outdoor enjoyment.

Location
Waterfront Delight is conveniently located just a two-minute drive from the town centre, ensuring easy access to local amenities, shops, and restaurants.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

A little bit of fishing
We had a short stay. Fishing out the back off the small private pontoon. It would have been good if there were a light on the pontoon for night fishing. The wifi and tv reception was poor. It was nice to be able to have a fire in the cold winter.

Great for kids to fish off jetty. Easy access for boat to tie up. Oven stove a bit tricky. No gas for bbq. But we just went with flow. Thanks

Good property with good value
As mentioned in title. However, range hood is broken. Many of the lightbulb around the property needs to be changed. There's only 1 garbage bin+bag around the house. Could mention there's no Bluetooth enabled device on the property, guest can bring their own entertainment. They have an assortment of DVD movies. The 4G reception is very poor around the house. Property could offer Wifi service. The property introduction binder in the house isn't for the right house.

Great location on the water, gardens maintained well, Good size house for up to 6 people, no air con or fans which would of made sleeping more comfortable as it was very humid. Rangehood not working and some light bulbs need replacing. 3 stars for cleanliness.

Lovely property on the waterfront of Sussex Inlet
We had a very relaxing & fun holiday at this property. Was beautiful to wake up looking at the water & gorgeous to sit & relax on the little private jetty. The house was great big enough for us & the deck nice to sit in the sun. Will be back.

Lovely holiday house
The house was very comfortable for our family. Our three young children enjoyed fishing off the jetty in the backyard and we were able to relax and unwind in the peaceful surrounds. We were also a short drive to some of our favourite south coast surf beaches.
