"Amazingly beautiful, high-end onsen hotel. Staff are politely formal and provide excellent service in all aspects. My room had a wonderful view of Lake Suwa & all possible amenities. Breakfast was delicious & serves with elegance."

"Very nice, clean accomodation, and comes with everything you need. The western breakfast were also very good. The only improvements that we can recommend is paving the road in front of the villa as it can be a bit difficult to drive in with a small sedan."
