Suzaka 2024 Holidays

Place is very close to clubs and restaurants as well as many convenience stores. Walkable to train stations and right around shinjuku city. You can’t get lost around the area! Love the buffet breakfast. I wish they would change the menu everyday. Overall it’s Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, and it has a good atmosphere about it. There’s a relaxation room on the 3rd floor which is really nice and nice decorations throughout the hotel. The location is good and within walking distance to Tokyo dome and Tokyo University. What I do not appreciate about this hotel is the pretentious attitude of the staff. They have a really snobby and uptight anrrigance about them and it just seems really cold to me. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. One bad experience I had was when I went to the Japanese restaurant in the hotel and felt unwelcomed because they were close to closing. In my most recent trip, when I attended breakfast, the staff looked past me and took the breakfast ticket of another foreign guest behind me and ignored me. So that’s two times with two different staff at the restaurants that left a bad taste in my mouth. While the hotel is nice, I’ll pass on staying again and going somewhere I feel more welcomed.

The rooms where bigger than expected I booked the double room (one bed) for my partner and I it was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and where able to help me with sending out my luggage. Overall a wonderful experience!

Local food options around the area are great. 1 train away from Tokyo Station and Shinjuku. 6 minute walk from Yotsuya station.

The hotel is very close to Suidobashi station which made it convenient to go everywhere in Tokyo. The view was gorgeous. Very friendly staff and nice place to come back to after a long day :))
