"Main balcony door did not close properly this poses a security risk and needs mending. Toaster didn't work and needs to be replaced. Could have done with more towels as those supplied not adequate for our needs. Split level Pool was lovely and the Vega village team keep the grounds clean and presentable. Plenty of places to eat and drink with nice restaurants/cafes. I was expecting a mid week clean of the apartment which didn't happen and which I paid for. Overall a nice resort ."

There are alot of steps and hills in this area, this did not bother us but for people not good on hills and steps might find this a struggle. We loved everything about this apartment and will definatley be returning. Greg was brillant to deal with from the beginning great communication. I would highly recommend this apartment if booking in this area....

"We had such a great and enjoyable stay. The spacious property being high up on the hillside gave spectacular views during the day and also in the evening when the coastline was lit up. It is also very well equipped. Although there was no air conditioning when we visited, use of fans and a breeze through the building kept us cool. "Beautiful and clean property, convenient location on the beach and near buy shopping, restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The only problem we have is the parking. No parking available and we got a parking ticket with in 5 min just to check in to the hotel."

"Our room was huge and the twin beds were both small doubles. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous. The buffet meals had a fantastic selection and plenty of it! Tea and coffee was freely available at breakfast as well as juices and water. All the staff were friendly and the restaurant staff were exceptional. There is a walkway that leads directly onto the beach so no crossing the road! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel."

"This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever! I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!! 1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green . 4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap. 5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room 6. The food is horrible , no service at all, 7. All the staff is Ukrainian , and they do not speak Bulgarian or English. 8. No soap or toilet paper in the restrooms at the lobbies. I have pictures upon request. This is not even 1 star resort."
