"If you want a clean hotel that is kid friendly and is centrally located on Seven Mile beach on the Jersey Shore, this is the place. Cannot find even an average quote to place on this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is simple. Location is just one block off beach. Pool is spacious and great for kids. Large hot tub also. This is really a great option when visiting the shore."

"Property was just what we needed for our stay. Owner had LOTS of rules. I guess if i was a college student those rules would be necessary but felt cumbersome to me a 54 year old woman and my 72 year old mom and made us nervous like we were going to do something wrong. Unfortunately during our time there, there were dead hard shell crabs ALL over the beach and smelled terrible so we couldn't enjoy the beach at all."

"There were no instructions on how to use the TV streaming services. The grill was filthy so unusable. This was the only place I ever rented that had NO toilet paper, spices, mugs for coffee, grill utensils. The curtain rods were broken. There was no window cover in the master bedroom. The occupants had to use sheets for privacy. The class doors did not have coverage for privacy. The side door accessing the trash and recycling stuck. The refrigerator leaked water and the freezer did not freeze...

"428 Congress Street was a great place to stay. So close to the beach - a very short half a mile walk. The neighborhood was pleasant. The house itself was great and clean.
