The staff always had a friendly smile, the room was perfect (bed was a bit lumpy), there was a convenient store across the street that was open until midnight with plenty of other local pubs and pastry shops, and it was a 10-15 minute walk to the tube. "Perfect location and has everything you could need. It has a full kitchen, as well as a dish washer and washing machine. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they give you a nice little treat bag when you check in and check out. They don't come to clean the rooms and change the linens every day, which I appreciate- I have always thought that's excessive and wasteful. If you would like to have your room cleaned, all you have to do is ask. Very easy and more sustainable. I'd definitely stay here...

We were able to watch Thames traffic from our room, which brought us a lot of pleasure. The room’s are really quite small (ours was 237 sq.ft), but nicely appointed with a kitchenette, kettle, small modular ‘love seat’ by the window. Good water pressure in the shower. "Great location, view, and room. Loved having the free drinks on the 5th floor. Also enjoyed using the outdoor terrace. Real plants in the lobby and bamboo (I think) cards really are a nice touch. Breakfast was served in the same area that everything else is free so I grabbed some thinking that it was also free.. that was a bit confusing, and staff acted as if I was trying to steal a five pound meal. Need more signs and better communication. Other than that, everything was lovely."

Can't beat the views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurant and cafe options within a very short walk. Hotel also has breakfast buffet available for a fee, as well as a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Well lit, nice shower, tv, hair dryer, kettle, mugs with tea and coffee service, water glasses. The higher up you stay, the better the views, but the longer you wait for the elevator. We took the stairs as much as possible to avoid the long waits. Rooms were ready for us when we arrived. Concierge service looked after our bags after checkout so we could get in sight seeing on our last day before heading to the airport. Overall so happy we chose to stay at The Tower Hotel!"
