Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s Boathouse. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the room was great and really spacious with a super comfy bed. A simple breakfast was available in the room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in Mumbles.

What a lovely place to stay, we stayed for one night and I wish it could have been longer! The room was incredibly spacious and so was the bathroom, the location was perfect and communication from the owners was brilliant. They were especially helpful when I called with a question. Although there’s no parking on site, we found a parking spot just down the road so no issue at all. I’d certainly recommend staying here!

Excellent place to stay in Mumbles. We had a gorgeous room on the top floor with amazing views. The room was also super comfy and spacious.The owners thought of every little detail to make the stay pleasant from breakfast snacks to different kinds of teas and coffee. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Superb place, book it now!😁

We decided to have a short trip away over the Xmas break. Patrick’s boathouse was a fantastic choice as it was bang in the middle of Mumbles seafront with some great restaurants and pubs close by. Really enjoyed our stay and next time may even take our dogs.

What can I say, reading the reviews you think yeh yeh, but believe everything you read because it’s all true, the attention to detail is spot on, I don’t usually sleep properly away from home but the bed is so huge and comfy! I was lucky with parking ,with being there mid week, if you walk down the driveway and turn right about 2-3 minutes walk on the other side of the road there’s a free car park.

Lovely place, well located for both the centre of The Mumbles and the pier. Room was fabulous, both the bedroom and the bathroom were huge and having a sofa in the room was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.
