Room was a good value as we were only looking for a place to sleep for the night. Hotel didn’t have cable/WiFi because of a service problem but again not an issue as we got in late and left early. Breakfast is minimal but that was factored into price we wanted to pay.

I was here for work and the staff are friendly and professional. I liked how the room was clean and remodeled, big screen tv, the room was clean thoroughly throughout the week.. the place is safe so no need to worry about parking lot. I recommend it to anyone passing by or staying from work etc. thank you.

Overall it was good. I would say that there were some cosmetic maintenance things that could happen that would make it feel nicer, but overall it was good. The staff were super nice and friendly at check in. It felt safe. The bed was pretty comfortable for me, which is saying something because I tend to have back issues.

The guy that worked the night shift was one of the best examples of customer service that I have ever experienced. We stayed the night after a long drive from Atlanta Georgia in a commercial truck. He offered his personal vehicle for us to use to go grab a meal. I have never experienced that type of service from any one and was impressed by the offer.

There was no notice that the pool did not work in the 100 plus Texas heat. Very Hard to get up and down the awkward stairs. Smoking rooms were right next to non smoking rooms with guest smoking outside your room. Clean up service didn't come at all one day.
