Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it.

We had yet another great stay in this hotel. Location is very convenient and staff is friendly. We will surely book again. What may be important to mention for those considering a stay is that parking on site is not guaranteed (first come, first served) and - at least currently - breakfast times are sorted by room number / floor, so we had quite an early breakfast slot.

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area within easy walkable distance to beach, pier, city center. Surprisingly great choice at the breakfast buffet with daily changing egg and pancake variety! Staff is wonderful, covid-19 measures have been taken, felt very secure and well taken care of. Will return to this hotel if we get a chance to travel to Swinoujscie again! Can recommend!

I asked for a dubble bed but got two beds shoved together, fell down the crack more then once. When asking for a room with a different bed they just said OK but did nothing. The first night there was also a party in the hotel that kept us awake til 3 am. Jacuzzi was nice, and cleaning staff. Rest of the staff was rude and the music in the breakfast room was not suitable for breakfast mode.

Mosquitoes and constant surveillance.
Hotel is located in a park which means you have to constantly fight with mosquitoes. My room had a beautiful tall celling but this made impossible to remove mosquitoes and sleeping was very hard due to the sound of flying mosquitoes. At the end of my stay I had mosquitos bites everywhere! It looks like guests are monitored all the time. When my friend helped me to bring my belongings from the beach I got a call from the reception after five minutes that, in my room is unregistered person. For me that was much too much of interference in my privacy. Internet was extremely slow in my room. When I asked about it at the reception I heard that I should be happy that it works, expressed in polite way. Hotel is clean, rooms look nice and updated. Breakfast was very good. I didn’t try any of the spa facilities. However, it feels like this place is dedicated for old people looking for relax only. Families and people looking for a good time will not feel comfortable there, in my opinion.

Wir waren nur von Freitag bis Sonntag da. Nur für einen Spa-Tag mit Freunden) Das Personal war freundlich und sprach gut deutsch. Wir hatten Massagen gebucht und haben uns am Vorabend bei der Rezeption gemeldet, um uns alles anzusehen und gefragt, wie lange man vorher da sein sollte etc. Alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet, allerdings wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass unsere Massage im Nebengebäude stattfindet - woher sollten wir das wissen? Infolgedessen hat mein Mann, da er noch brav etwas über die Zeit vor dem Raum mit der Aufschrift „Massage“ gewartet hat, bevor er zur Rezeption ist, 25 Minuten (für Weg nach drüben, Eingang suchen, Formular ausfüllen) seiner 50-minütigen Massage bei vollem Preis eingebüßt. Eigentlich noch mehr, denn wenn man sich vor einer Entspannungsmassage so ärgert, ist die restliche Zeit auch vertan. Schon blöd. Das Spa-Team trifft dabei ganz klar keine Schuld. Er bekam auch noch 10 Min Fußmassage, aber das war nicht, was er wollte. Meine Massage war sehr gut, aber natürlich auch von dem Ärger davor beeinträchtigt.

Waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Der Speisesaal beim Frühstück war leider völlig überlaufen und man hat ohne Hilfe vom Service keine freien Plätze gefunden. Auch die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss waren leider sehr hellhörig und schallend.

Sind das 2. Mal im Hotel. Zimmer sind sauber, Personal ist freundlich und spricht auch deutsch, Parkplatz kostet je Tag 10 Euro, aber preiswerter als wenn man so parkt, Strand und Promenade gut zu Fuß erreichbat, aber vieles recht teuer beim Essen geworden, oft 1:1 oder teurer wie in Deutschland. Der Markt ist auch nicht mehr so schön wie früher. Im Hotel war das Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Zum Abend kann man auch im Hotel für rund 20 Euro je Person essen, was wir nicht genutzt haben. Es gibt auch Schwimmhalle, Massage..., haben wir auch nicht genutzt. Safe ist im Schrank vorhanden und Beschreibung ist auch in deutsch an der Schranktür innen. Fahrstühle sind auch vorhanden und gute Parkanlage. Die Promrnade ist schön gestaltet, auch dahinter zum Strand hin mit vielen Bänken, Blumen, Fahrradwegen und Fußgängerwege getrennt. Das war sehr schön.

Normales, durchschnittliches Hotel. Nichts, was wirklich schief ging, nichts was besonders positiv in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Frühstück ist ok, wie schon häufiger erwähnt! 1 kaffeeautomat mit entsprechenden Wartezeiten. Habe keinen Kuchen oder süße Teilchen entdeckt, Check-out bereits um 10.00 Uhr, was ich für sehr früh empfinde.
