"We enjoyed an exceptional experience staying at Number 31 in Dublin on the eve of new years eve! Amazing vibe and ambiance and our room was divine!! We received an incredible upgrade to a huge luxurious room. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and we even received a glass of Prosecco upon check in! It was an outstanding experience staying at Number 31 and we will not hesitate to return upon our next trip to Dublin. "

"We were a little concerned when we arrived, rang the dorbell and no one seemed there. The lights were on but it took two rings and a long wait before the host unlocked the door. Then she seemed a bit confused about who we were, when we had made our reservation and actually thought we had checked in already earlier that day. The room was nice, had everything we needed. "Lovely room with great black out curtains as I needed a small nap. Wifi great. I really liked the private area for guests to eat, overlooked the garden. The bathroom was huge which for a girl is great. There was a little box on the floor which had items you could take if you forgot something, had never seen that before, lovely little touch. Great location if using the rail network, 5 mins walk. I walked to the sea which was 10 mins away. Would be back and highly recommend"

"We stayed here for two nights and it checked all the box’s. We really liked how it had a washer and dryer. The driveway was a bit scary to get out of, since it was on a blind corner. The location was convenient, very close to Main Street. We really enjoyed the Old School pub which was literally across the road. We said if we are ever in the Dublin area again we would stay here in a minute "

"We have the best time. Anniversary trip coming from the US. The hotel is in the best location. Close to everything very stylish also is pushed back a bit from the sidewalk so street noise is minimal. This hotel also was extremely clean with so many great amenities. It’s more like apartment style to me. I highly recommend staying there if you’re looking for somewhere central. All staff was very helpful huge Shot out to Adam for checking us in thank you. Will be back later this year. "
