Nice hotel and very convenient with two train stations nearby, some grocery stores and dining spots. The harbour bridge is not too far so you can walk across the bridge as well.

"This was my first time in Sydney, and I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and in an ideal location. The front desk manager stood out with their incredible helpfulness and attention to detail, which truly elevated my stay. However, I had an unfortunate experience at the hotel restaurant with the assistant manager, who was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome when I went to order dessert. Their behavior came across as racist, which was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. It left a sour note on what was otherwise a lovely stay. I hope the hotel addresses this issue to ensure all guests are treated with respect and dignity."

It was very comfortable bed and great location. Parking manageable on the weekend. No toiletries or magnifying mirror. Stayed on Level 8 and could hear street noise but not too bad. Bin very small. Staff helpful. Will go back as good prices on Expedia especially.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. The rooms feel a bit snug, but they have everything you need. We got a room which overlooked the harbour. The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee were good. The hotel is really close to the Metro station and the train station too, so very easy to move by train or bus. Only inconvenient is I had booked a twin bedroom as staying with a friend, but they had a king sized bed arrangement and could only split the beds up for the second night. If you need twin beds, you have to ask specifically when booking (even when you book a twin bed room).

The property itself was amazing, as wrll as the staff. Room was well furbished and very modern. Only feedback I have, the intial walk in/ check in was a little confusing as reception was not in the ground floor. Perhaps some additional signage at the main door might have made it more seemless.

The hotel was clean & new. I have one complaint - the room is dark. It’s dark & gloomy. The bathroom was also poorly lit so girls, you can’t put your make up at all. My room didn’t have a microwave. My sister’s room had one but it didn’t work. Funnily, the foyer & lift was very bright. Overall, the bed was comfy, linen clean, bathroom clean.

My stay would have been great if I hadn’t found a used condom in my trashcan when I opened it to put my mango peels in. I immediately call the front desk to come take it out. This traumatized me, I could not get it out my mind.
