Breakfast was way below average, very 1980 style. The coffee machine was painful and not worthy of drinking. Was looking so forward to starting my day with a nice breakfast, however even though I paid for the second day for breakfast, I went to a local cafe instead!

4 star hotel with beds that are well worn. No mini bar as stated on info provided by Expedia. Breakfast was not nice, rooms could do with a microwave or similar. Shower needs a good clean. The 1 positive was the shampoo and conditioner smelt amazing.

Good location, walkable distance from restaurants, transport, shopping and major attractions. I can here noises from another rooms and the showers need bleach. Parking is very inconvenient you will have to walk with your suitcases for three blocks up and down the Chinatown street, the car parking is under the restaurants so smell rubbish 24/7.

Daily breakfast was great, staff was always professional and helpful. The location was great with lots of restaurants and walking distance to the harbor. We were there over New Year's and they left a bottle of champagne in our room which was unexpected and very nice. The only complaint we had was that we had to ask for towels often, fresh ones weren't left in the room when they cleaned.

In both rooms there was mold, housekeeping was not up to par with other similar hotels I’ve stayed at. The housekeeping offered to let me into a room I was waiting by- this felt extremely unsafe as anyone could’ve gotten into someone room. Lobby smelled horrible. The ac smelled like sewer when turned on. Lots of moist built up and mold in both showers
