Black Mould around windows and air-con, rooms not as advertised - NO CABLE TV - no 7 day bar/cafe next door. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Nothing to like about this property. Rooms were totally different what it was shown on photos. Parking available so i had to get paid parking on the street. It wad clearly mention huge parking available when i was booking the room. I will never recommend to book this hotel.

We parked on Bellevue Street when there was no available parking :) I moved the microwave next to the bed and the kettle to the bathroom as I found no other available powerpoint. The fridge was also turned off. Nevertheless, it is peaceful, convenient, there is a bus nearby to Wynyard and it is walking distance to St. Leonards Train Station! Very handy to have breakfast available :) Both cleaning and reception staff, including Trinny, have been very kind and helpful.

Pokey small room with hair left in the shower (not mine). Only 1 blanket meaning the room was cold for sleeping. Aircon was too loud to keep on at night. Chair was filthy - I wouldn’t sit on it or even leave my clothes on it. Staff were friendly. You get what you pay for - cheap and nasty!

Was able to make a booking at last minute @ 8:30pm whihc the lady was very happy to make happen and made me feel very welcome. Parking was available on site and adequate breakfast supplied. Room was clean modern and comfortable. Price was reasonable. Recommended, will stay again if need something in the area
