Reception was great, room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Location is excellent. Got off the plane, got my bag, took 2 trains in to the city, walked less than 10 minutes, and at the hotel in 80 minutes from when my plane landed! Can walk to Bondi Beach in 20 minutes!

Brand new hotel pretty much. Well designed. Close to public transport. Good facilities in the rooms and the hotel related with bar and restaurant downstairs, a laundry and gym upstairs. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

Very clean good sized room and quick check in - staff were all friendly and helpful. Only criticism would be that our room wasn't serviced within the 4 day period that was promised but once we had asked it was done straight away. would definitely recommend.

New hotel with great facilities and excellent location next to a mall. Service is friendly and they gave us a lovely courtesy at check-in. Housekeeping could improve, as the room wasn’t cleaned after the third night and common areas need more attention. Overall very relaxed vibe—I’d happily stay again!
