We arrived at the domestic terminal in Sydney had made our way to the designated pick up for the shuttle. We had made the reservation the day prior to be picked up. Waited 15 minutes passed our requested pick up time and still no shuttle. We called the front desk multiple times to no answer. Finally Ubered to the hotel and let the lady checking us in know our frustration with no shuttle coming to get us after making a reservation and also trying several times to call them. No remorse from the front desk lady at all, just “sorry that happened and we will check with the manager and get back to you.” Pretty pathetic to advertise free transportation and then disregard a paying customer when they ask why it didn’t show up to pick you op, and end up paying $30 for a 5 minute Uber instead.

As an airport hotel it is fine. The neighborhood is a little run down as would be expected by an airport hotel but all good at the hotel. Shuttle drops you off so no worries.

A trendy place with a great vibe. The location near the airport was a big plus. Also, a short walk to the train station made it convenient to get to central Sydney. Breakfast was worth the $7 add. Stayed here twice.

The Moxy was a lovely stay. Check in took a long time at 9pm at night which I was surprised by, but overall, very much enjoyed my stay. Facilities are modern and clean and the room, including bed and pillow, was very comfortable

Room was ok but had no closets - only pegs for clothing. Breakfast buffet had a fair amount of choices. We were woken at 4am by loud music from adjacent room. Management was notified THREE times but the music continued until 6am. Management offered to change our room at 5am - unacceptable as we had to awaken at 6am for our flight. I was assured that I would be contacted by the property regarding our stay, but this has not happened.

The hotel was nice but the rooms were very small and in some ways very basic. For example the ceiling was bare cement. There were two beds but no other furniture. There was a small table and small stools hanging on a rack in the wall. As I say very small room. No sink in the bathroom it was in the entry hall. The shower was a good size and nice.
