The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Olympic Park, making it perfect for events, concerts, or a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was seamless, and we were made to feel right at home. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with stunning views of the park and beyond. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Novotel Sydney Olympic Park is an excellent choice for accommodation. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and clean. The hotel features a good restaurant, with plenty of dining options nearby as well. Its prime location next to the sporting complex and the train station makes travel to and from the CBD incredibly convenient, thanks to the frequent train services. The area also boasts some amazing brunch spots—highly recommend checking out the Plate Cafe and TLS.

The hotel was very conveniently located for our event. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed a renovation. The sink was cracked and the tub had chips and discolouration on it, cosmetic fixes, everything worked fine .

Stayed on a night the NRL was on at the stadium. Traffic around the hotel was bedlam and cars blocked the entrance to the carpark. Not their fault but they could have had someone keeping the entrance clear for their paying guests. Bin in room hadn’t been emptied from the last guests. Other than those 2 minor issues, had a great stay.
