Welcome to this spacious and light-filled home in the heart of Tamarama, where beach life meets relaxation. With four generous double bedrooms, it’s the ideal spot for your stay in Sydney.

Unwind in the serene, leafy backyard, just a five-minute stroll from three of Sydney’s most iconic beaches and the famous Bondi to Bronte coastal walk. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up home-cooked meals, or explore the abundance of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The Space:
Enjoy a spacious, sunlit living area featuring bi-fold doors that open to a delightful deck and backyard.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed in a serene upstairs retreat, complete with an ensuite bathroom and a private sunny patio.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed, sharing a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a double bed.

The backyard is designed for entertaining, featuring comfortable furnishings and a refreshing pool for splashing around with the kids. Plus, enjoy complimentary Foxtel and Wi-Fi as part of the amenities. Experience the best of Sydney from this stunning home!

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. There is Wi-Fi and Foxtel TV available. The private back yard is yours to enjoy. There is a veggie and herb garden which you are welcome to help yourself to. Easy access to public transport, shopping, Bondi and the rest of Sydney.
We will lock up the front office and shed for storage purposes.

For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is right in the heart of the beach suburbs with 5 minutes walking distance to 3 magnificent surf beaches and famous coastal walk. 15 minutes walk to Bondi Junction main shipping centre. Close to Bondi Road with many restaurants, health food store , groceries, bars and all the usual stores.

Getting Around:
Easy access to public transport. Buses every few minutes heading to Bondi Junction City or beach 2 minutes walk away. Trains also leave from Bondi Junction to rest of city and harbour. Just 15 minutes drive to central Sydney.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out, simply send us a message on the channel where you booked. We have a 100 percent response rate. Otherwise, we are just one phone call away.
