Home Truths
• Please note the AC is only in the master bedroom and lounge room not in the second and third bedroom. Pedestal fans are provided in other bedrooms.
• Ashburner Street is a one way street.
• Amazing location and homely interiors, but the kitchen is a bit tired.
• The apartment shares a common stairwell and internal garage access with the other apartment.
• Comfortable interior which is why we have given the property 3.5-4 star rating. Its a solid property, but not a super luxury 5 star plus experience
