This is an original Sydney property that has had a refurbishment. They have done a tasteful job, rooms nicely decorated, good bathroom, good air con. Clever use of space - library/sitting room boutique feel and great to have coffee on tap any time. Breakfast simple but all home made/baked. Staff super friendly and helpful. Excellent staff and roof-top bar, nice ground floor bar, and good complimentary breakfast. If you like walking, your are at 20-25 minutes from everywhere in downtown Sydney.

Clean, nice room! Was concerned the bar on the ground level and the bar on the roof would make it hard to sleep, but they stopped the music at a reasonable hour. Would stay again.
