The location of the property is wonderful. An easy walk to the Sydney Opera House, the rocks and the ferry pier. During our stay, the hotel restaurant was under renovation though still serving breakfast, which was very good. The size of the premium queen room is very small for guests with large suitcases. It is not possible to keep the bags open and walk around the room.

Convenient location for Circular Quay and transport links. Modern property. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. We were given early check in which was really great after a long flight. My only criticism is that the rooms do not have enough storage spaces if you are travelling with a full case. Only two drawers and six hangers. Could really do with more. Also the air conditioning was not cool enough. Excellent stay though. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very nice hotel in an excellent and central location. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel allowed us to check in at 10am - as our room was available. That was very helpful indeed. A gentleman at reception was able to make a last minute reservation at an excellent restaurant on one of the busiest nights of the year.

Room air conditioner problematic, either too hot or too cold, clearly not working properly. Disappointing selection at breakfast,,definitely not up to standard now available at comparable hotels. Room described as Queen size, still very small. Overall standard of hotel has declined as I have stayed here many times over the years
