All Seasons Home perfect for large family gatherings - walk to everything!

This 5 bedroom 6 bathroom, 2800 sq ft house is just the perfect place for a large or multi family get away. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. This unique home has so much to be desired and we did not leave anything out. A new custom kitchen was installed May 2017 along with all brand new furnishings including bedrooms, mattress, TV, dressers, all appliances, washer/dryer and more. The house offers games, books, toys, wifi and more to keep your family entertained. Please play and have fun. The house includes all bedding, towels and even a few extra's to make sure your stay is the best ever. Forget something- don't worry, we know it happens which is why we hope you enjoy your welcome home basket which contains many of the "little things." Be the first to book and stay at this amazing home. The house is best known to the locals as the "church" because it was once the local church which was converted into a one of a kind "retreat" that we call The Haven. The property is located in the center of town, walk to beach, restaurants, shopping, amusement park and more. Lets not forget about the fishing and hunting.. The Turning Stone casino is a short drive away as well as golf and other amenities. In the winter we welcome ice fishing groups along with snow mobile groups. The driveway can hold multiple cars and sleds as we are on a double lot. The laundry room boasts large counters to dry your equipment, helmets and gear. We are excited to have you and look forward to hearing from you.

Stay for a military funeral
We had a really nice stay at this property. Host was super helpful and location was perfect. We were a few blocks from beach. We were up in this area for a family member’s military funeral/celebration of life. Property was perfect for our needs.

Graduation celebration
We weren’t able to enjoy Sylvan Beach because our schedule in Syracuse was so full, but we enjoyed being able to stay together under one roof!! One of the best amenities about the property was having enough bathrooms and the beautiful wood interior of the great room!

Memorial Weekend
We were in the area for a family memorial service. Our immediate family stayed at The Haven and we loved it! There was so much for the kids to do and the adults enjoyed playing pool. This was the perfect spot for the weekend for our family!

The Haven is a beautiful and spacious rental. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a community bathroom as well. The Haven came stocked with all the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom supplies one may need, which was great! Plenty of space for parking and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Overall, a great place to stay!

Perfect stay for a fishing trip
10 of us stayed for 4 days for a bass tournament. Plenty of room, and exactly what we were looking for. The parking situation was a huge bonus, given that we had several trucks & boats. Rhonda was responsive to questions and very nice. We will definitely be looking to stay again next year when we fish Oneida.

Great place!
Great place. Our annual guys trip with friends and family was great and part of it was because of this space. I really enjoyed the fact that each of the 6 rooms has their own bathroom. The fact that it used to be a church adds a ton of character. close to Turing stone casino ($40 -$50 Lyft/uber) plenty of parking and plenty of extra amenities like extra towels, air mattresses, pool table, games, etc. The property manager is very responsive and I really enjoyed reading through the binder and learning about all of the great things that the property owners do. thank you for allowing us to stay here. Hoping to come back soon.

5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms...check Walkable to town..... check But.... the lighting was terrible, most of the TVs didn't work, one old a/c unit in the house , the worst mattress ever, and I mean ever... and I wish the owner would have checked in to see how everything was going. The house needs some love.

Contact with owners was immediate and any issues or questions were resolved Would be an ideal summer rental due to the proximity to the beach and town. Would not recommend a winter rental. Space is too Difficult to heat.

Very Nice
We had a wonderful stay. The house was nice and spacious and allowed us to be together but not on top of each other. The beds were a little softer than we preferred but the en suites for each room were amazing. Overall we were really happy. The pictures with the pool table are more accurate. We wanted to stay again but it was already booked when we were looking. Very happy with the space :-)

This is our second time staying at The Haven....we love that everything is on one floor and has 5 bedrooms and six bathrooms. We enjoyed watching the Preakness together as we are a horse racing family. There were plenty of towels, seating space for the ten of us. My sisters enjoyed the front and back patios for sitting and relaxing. Close enough to walk to a store or a restaurant. Thank you.

29th Birthday Celebration!
Me & my family absolutely loved Rhonda’s house! It’s walking distance to everything close by less than a 5 mins walk to the beach, it’s spacious & with 3 other women the bathrooms off each bedroom came in handy. Rhonda answered every silly question & check in - check out process was a breeze. You don’t need anything to enjoy a great stay at this home! Thanks again Rhonda!

Enjoyable family time, but the birds need to go!
We visited the property in late June with two families of four. Overall we had a great time, even though we all agreed with one of the earlier reviews talking about various small things that could be improved: - Overall cleanliness of the floor - the vacuum in the house didn't seem to work properly - A few of the beds are quite noisy/uncomfortable - The dryer is very loud, though supposedly will be replaced soon - Could use a small gas grill for cooking for a group - Could use a semi-decent set of culinary knives Most of the issues are easy enough to overlook once you're with family and having fun. We were unlucky to visit during bird nesting season, though, and a family (or perhaps several families?) of birds had decided to nest in the roof of the porch. It was pretty noisy at times, especially early in the morning. It sounds like a problem that the owner is actively working to resolve, so hopefully something can be done soon. Rhonda was very responsive via text message all week long, and even arranged for a new coffee maker to be brought over when the one in the house stopped brewing the same day. Despite the aforementioned issues we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here assuming that those issues will be addressed over time. It's for a really great cause (read Rhonda's info!) and a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Very spacious property. Huge open area family room with an updated kitchen was ideal for socializing. The pool table was a bonus. Having 5 bedrooms, although cottage like, each had their own bathroom which offered convenience and privacy. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach was terrific. We would book a return stay.

Reunion
We recently held a family reunion for four couples at the four seasons house. We wanted it all on one level with dedicated bathrooms a plus. We got it all at this site. The large open area is perfect for socializing and activities/cooking and much more comfortable than the pictures show. All my family members enjoyed the time there. Will definitely consider future stays.

Family in town for wedding reception.
We were looking for something with four bedrooms with separate bathrooms and this place was perfect. We had family from three different states, so the open concept was was very good for us. Easy walk to downtown and the beaches, we even walked to Verona Beach State Park one day. This worked for our family!
