"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. A caution: the stairs to the bedroom loft are a challenge (steep, with bathroom on main floor), but we managed, and definitely will choose it again. "It's not in Sainted Marie la mer which is not clear when booking it's 8km outside. It's in Pioch Badet. There is a window box full of bird crap and the whole place smelt musty, the bathroom needed cleaned thoroughly and there wasn't loo roll or proper bedding only paper sheets. There are no towels which wasn't mentioned either so visitors from UK probably should be made aware. The house is nice enough just a bit tired - maybe it hadn't been rented in a whike. "Gorgeous secluded hotel facing the sea with private beach, heated pool and jacuzzi and spa, with a great chef restaurant and a nice cocktail lounge. ou junior suite on the top 2nd floor had a great terrace directly on the beach and a very comfy bed. Shower water pressure and temperature is perfect when no other guests are around but becomes weaker or less warm when the hotel is busier and that is a pity for such a classy place. The spa was very pleasant except when a famous singer - with a concert in town that night - came down to the spa with his own staff crowd and basic etiquette of quietness and hygiene for such a relaxing place could unfortunately not be enforced by the staff. So we had to go… The rest of the stay was flawless. Greatly recommended for a romantic escape when not busy, "

"Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et il nous convient bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses (dommage que le café soit disponible dans les chambres mais pas les infusions). L'espace piscine et fitness est top. Les plats servis à la brasserie sont excellents et le buffet desserts toujours bien remplis!!! Dommage, le service était moins bien que d'habitude mais il faut laisser le temps aux élèves de progresser. "

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. One receptionist booked our boat trip for us, when we having difficulties trying to do it from our mobile. Not keen on having to park on the roadside with our hire car. Available spaces were few and far between. A designated parking area would have been preferable. "
