Great apartment

This was a perfect apartment for Siracusa and Ortiga. It was massive and the balcony was amazing - but the chairs were a little uncomfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment for a short or long stay

We stayed in the “business penthouse”. This is a rather embellished description of the room we had. The bedroom and the bathroom were good . The living room requires some basic maintenance. The living room and terrace were not clean when we entered but thankfully the property manager Antonio sent two guys who spent about 2 hours cleaning the living room, and Terrace. The kitchen is very tiny and difficult to work in. Most of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty from previous renters. We liked the area. Easy street parking. Not in the tourist zone but an easy 5-7 min walk to the Ortigia bridges.

4 night couple holisay in syracuse

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in october. the location is central, close to Ortigia ( the old part of the town). We missed some details in this aparthment. Just 2 toalett rolls for a 4 night stay of 2 person, no kitchen paper or kitchen towel. The idea is that when you have a kitchen you can at least fix a salad; but there was not even salt and peper in the kitchen. The apartment has a really big balcony with nice view but funiture is not the comfortable to stay some time there, at least some cousion to make it comfortable.

The penthouse is the only good room

We booked one of a room they have , but the air conditioner didn't work. Hopefully, another room was free, they moved us in, but the same problem. Also, the second room looked a bit outdated. Finely, they gave us the penthouse room on the top, it was really nice, and I would say, the only room worth staying there.

Mukava ja tilava kattohuoneisto + iso parveke.

Hyvin toimiva majoitus. Olimme kuusi yötä ja pidimme paikasta. Erittäin tilava parveke, jossa vietimme paljon aikaa auringossa ja ruokaillessa. Hyvä yhteyden pito vuokraajan suunnasta, saimme kaiken mitä tarvitsimme. Siivousta ei ollut ja ajan myötä alkoi myös siltä vähän tuntumaan. Keittiön varusteisiin kannattaisi hieman panostaa seuraavia tulijoita varten. Esim. astioita oli niukanlaisesti. Mahdollisuus omatoimiseen pyykinpesuun on pitkään majoittuvalle plussaa myös. Erinomainen paikka ja voimme vain suositella.

Value for money

A very good conditioned apartment with functional facilities. The property is very close to the train station and is also within walking distance to the island. It’s next to the main road where main shopping can be done; including a big supermarket inside a department store. We had a good stay in the apartment and Siracusa. Will recommend it to anyone.
