The property is well laid out, offering well maintained and comfortable areas for dining, swimming and exercise. Staff are well trained and are eager to assist. No issues there. However, the guest rooms are in need of some attention. Some of the issues we noticed: 1: Broken Tiles in the bathroom. 2: Room furniture shows signs of wear 3: Room air conditioning not operational 4: Bed mattress and pillows are in desperate need of replacement. Mattress is very soft, pillows are very flat. 5: Room TV is small; Remote control has electrical tape holding it together. 6: Toilet seat not entirely secure; shifts while in use 7: Bathtub is small and the bottom is curved (not flat), making it hard not to slip when taking a shower. 8: Could not determine how to use the room safe; no instructions provided. Lovely boutique hotel, freshly cooked breakfast options as well as buffet. Lovely room and staff, great reviews from the rooftop bar / pool over the grand harbour. Lovely and quit yet just a mins walk to the streets with restaurants on the steps and another couple of mins to republic st for the shops. Just 15 mins walk to the bus station. Would stay again!

A great hotel overall with an even better fancy restaurant!! The hotel is located in a great area, close to the sea and other restaurants. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The only downside was that parking had to be done on the street (and the streets are quite small) unless you want to pay extra for parking. However, it wasn’t a massive inconvenience, so overall a great place to stay!!

What an amazing hotel this is! Let me start with the location, it’s close enough to everything but a few streets from the hustle & bustle so it’s incredibly quiet. Then let’s talk about the staff, Lejla greeted us with the utmost courtesy and professionalism on our arrival and the staff serving breakfast were just amazing! They always had a smile and were so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. A special mention to Danica, Marvi, Roniel for service at breakfast and an extra special mention to Ana May who served breakfast and was part of the reception staff too. Her smile, her friendliness and her warmth shone through. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious; the selection, the standard and the presentation were all really good. And finally the hotel itself. We had a spacious and stylish double room, with a beautiful marble bathroom. I had emailed the hotel to say we were going to be celebrating my husband’s birthday & they put balloons and a card on the bed ready for our arrival, this was a really lovely touch and a nice surprise for my husband. The rooftop pool and seating area is a real bonus in the city and offers some nice views of the water. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the beautiful city of Valletta!
