Very nice hotel. Clean and close to the city if you want to shop around. The only draw back is some of the staff don't have a clue when it comes to treating people right espically around checking in at a restraunt even when you wearing the right color band, so many questions asked in a very rude way espcially if you look egyptian which is really sad. Attitude sucks big time. Policy should be ask all or ask no one. In the other hand some staff are wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at Amarina Abu Soma, the assets of the hotel is its staff. I would like to specifically thank the hotel manager for the improvements of the service and standard of the hotel. Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure me and my family ( 10 members) have a great time.
Housekeeping ( Mohamed) and kitchen staff went extra miles to make sure your needs are met.
Reception staff were superb dealing with our requests, thank you Mohamed and Maryam, you were the best.
Special thanks to Mr. Marcos taking a very good care of my kids and making them try new food.
Abdullah is one of the best gardeners, we love you so much.

Beautiful hotel, Great big room with great views and comfortable bed, very relaxing pools & beach , the food was great , beer was fine but the local alcoholic spirits ❌ undrinkable ,, staff helpful, very clean hotel enjoyed a great relaxing 3 days , would certainly return.
