"This hotel is perfectly acceptable for a one night stay when foying in or out of Quito. Restaurant is decent and they have room service. Staff is very friendly and accommodating for special requests (e.g. for a roll away bed or extra towels). We used the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. We did not have to wait long and it was very nice."
