"You are represented as a hotel with a Kosher breakfast online. It’s misrepresenting I booked at your hotel because I thought I was going to have a Kosher breakfast and I paid for it but I can’t eat it. I’m going to come on line on a group that looks for kosher hotels, and say that you are not a Kosher Hotel and you are misrepresenting yourself . I have also Expedia since I bought my room through them. "

"Location, floating on the Danube River, was fantastic. Wonderful views from our room facing the river. Fantastic views from top deck. Hungarian Parliament lit up at night was my favourite. Loved the breakfast with lots of variety. All staff very helpful. Only downside was the rooms are in need of a bit of tlc but was an awesome experience and would definitely stay again. "

"Well equipped and close to amenities and metro. Short stay so washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven , microwave not needed. Some minor repair of damage on walls , crack in widow required. The apartment did suffer from street noise throughout night, otherwise comfortable for sleep. Room access by app on mobile phone somewhat stressful - concern over loss of charge. A socket adaptor for uk plugs on site would have been appreciated."

"The roomy apartment is in a great center of city location - near the west train terminal, a hugh, 3-story shopping mall with food court, a pharmacy, a Lidl grocery market, a money exchange office (don’t use the plentiful ATMs), and numerous small cafes, restaurants, bars and bakeries. 10 min walk to the Parliament Bldg or 20 min to Margaret Bridge center. "

"The apartment inside was very nice. Getting into the property was a challenge with 2 key codes and 4 locks which needed relocking when we were in the apartment. Only gripe was that the sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on and as this was advertised as a 2 bed, it needed to be a bit better."

"Overall our experience was good. We did come in on a Friday night and there was a lot of banging at the main door and the door directly leading to the set of rooms. Other than that everything was safe. We had one big bed and one single bed. The single bed was similar to a piece of wood rather than a mattress. "

Loved Emerald Hotel

"We loved this hotel and if we ever go back we wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Location was really great. Everything was very walkable. We were close to the middle of everything. The room was new and clean. It had a great fitness center and we enjoyed the sauna. One of our favorite things was the hot tea area and the filtered hot and cold water. It was nice to look forward to hot tea on such cold days. Everyone was very nice and helpful."

"The perfect hotel for a mini break in Budapest. After lots of research I chose this hotel for location and that was definitely the right choice. It is beside the Ferris Wheel, an underground station, a bus stop (Bus 16 takes you to the Budapest district) and 5-10 mins walk to St Stephen’s Basilica. Check in was smooth. The room was gorgeous, clean and quiet. We had a kid with us so the hotel provided a small dressing gown and slippers, in addition to the two adult sets. Breakfast is 6.30 to 11.00 was a long window to accommodate both business and leisure travellers. Great range of food. The bar is amazing with a great view of the Ferris Wheel. Wonderful cocktails. The service from all staff was 5-star. Wonderful hotel, recommend highly for anyone on a holiday to Budapest. Plus - we came for the Christmas markets and it is an ideal location. Only a couple of mins walk to multiple markets. "
