"Give yourself 24 hours to settle in. We arrived in perfect weather for a 4 day respite and only for one day, with land breezes, did we experience some pesky flies. The fresh salt air, wide star-lit skies, 24/7 quiet and mesmerizing moon-glow off the waters, 360 degrees worth, more than make up for any such small annoyance. "I stayed here with a couple friends for my birthday party, and we all loved this place!! It was not as small as they warned us to be, and I would say it’s the perfect place to have a party with a few friends. I would 100% stay and have a party here again :) I have to thank the owner’s for fast and efficient communication as well! This weekend couldn’t have gone any better. If you are thinking of booking here, I absolutely recommend it! "

"Our stay was okay. The house was in an excellent location to the beach, however very difficult to find from the road. The house was a great size & the beds were so comfortable. I rate this with a 3 because I felt like there were several things that desperately need updated. The faucets in the bathroom were heavily rusted and leaking. When taking a shower, our faucet diverter broke so we werent able to take a shower the last day of our stay. There is not much of an ocean view as there is a lot of...

" The location was great if you want a quiet place and close to the river. We enjoyed walking down to edge and watching the water. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The camper was very clean. Kimberly and her husband were very nice and helped with the few little problems that we had. We really enjoyed our stay there."

"Everything in the listing was exactly as shown. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Property manager was in contact and inquired of our needs. We didn't have any becuase the house was well stocked, but based on all other parts of the stay, I assume that would be handled efficiently. The highway is close, so there is quite a bit of road noise outside, but the sound is minimal once inside the house. We wpuld definitely stay here again."

"This was a great little place right on the water of the bay. At low tide we had a private tiny beach. It was in a great location and although it was in a very bisy area, it felt secluded. Everything we needed was there at yhe boathouse. It was clean and bright. The host was friendly and responsive immediately. He gave precise directions and we found the place easily in the dark. "This was a great space for our family to take a quick trip before heading back to school! We had six teenagers and seven adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach was great, and only a hop, skip, and jump from the house. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. And we found an amazing seafood house, Surf Rider, just down the road at the marina. Would definitely stay again!"

"This isn’t my first visit to this hotel, but I must say, they truly surprised me this time! The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, promptly addressing any concerns with professionalism. While the building has an older charm, they’ve maintained it beautifully—it’s really clean and well taken care of. It’s also reassuring to see that they’re actively working on resolving some humidity issues. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I look forward to coming back again!"
