Very close to Tacoma Dome (15 min drive), downtown Puyallup (5 min), and local hospitals. Enjoy having no close neighbors and feel safe with a fully fenced property with security gate. Property has security cameras to protect guests and property from intruders. Minutes from South Hill and Tacoma malls. Close to restaurants, coffee, and shopping.

Unfortunately can not recommend this home for various reasons.
I unfortunately cannot recommend this home. I would recommend you reaching out to the owner directly before booking the property to ensure it’s actually available. I booked via VRBO for Tuesday-Saturday. The funds were immediately taken out of my account. Later that day the owner emailed me and said the home is already booked starting Friday so we either have to leave a day early, or be refunded. Refunds take up to 14 days. So we would have been out of the money to rent a new home for 2 weeks. The home listing highlights as being “private and secluded”. As soon as we checked in, the owner starting texting me giving me multiple days/times during our stay that he would be using the property to pick up equipment and clean his boat. The owner has his personal shop/garage directly in front of the rental and uses it extensively during stays. This is not “private”. We have small children that like to play outside, and we don’t feel comfortable with them doing that while someone is pulling boats and excavators in and out of the property. Please keep this in mind before booking. Especially if you’re wanting a nice quiet, serene weekend. We ended up leaving the rental just a few hours after checking in because of this.
