"We have had an great time during our stay at a two bedroom suite. Only a couple of issues I dislike, the size of the rooms which are are small and not all as expected when looking at the pictures. And, the room cleaning service was just a bad service ! We had to repeatedly ask the cleaning crew to empty the trash bins and replace bed sheets and used towels in the bathroom, it just was too much!! And when we complained several times to the Front-desk, the crew supervisor was rude and unpleasant...

"Good hotel but service needs to improve drastically. They only provide limited bottles of water in the room. When I called for water they said if you want after 8 pm you have to pay. I agreed ordered at 10:40pm after 6 calls water came at 11:30pm. We were sleeping in the room at 9:30am and the house keeping knocked and open the door and entered. We were literally shocked. Also hotel and its staff is not equipped to handle this sudden rush in tourism. "
