"We had 10 adults (5 couples) and 3 children for our week at the cabin. The bedroom configuration worked well for us and the extra twin beds in some of the king bedrooms were great for the young children. It was a good base location for hiking, grocery stores in Truckee and Kings Beach, and lake activities at Kings Beach. "House was perfect for our quick getaway with the family. Hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes."

"The good: very close to Tahoe Recreation Area. You can walk there or drive and park, then walk or hike all around. Also close to two grocery stores, lots of restaurants, and Kings beach. Parking is on a little u-shaped driveway, which is great. Lots of windows throughout the cabin and a few ceiling fans keep the air moving. "The house was good and location was very convenient for our goals (skiing at Northstar while staying outside of the resort area). We also walked to a nearby park and it was also a very nice thing to discover.
