Adorable Lakefront Cabin Complex, with Pier/Buoy, Sandy Beach, shared Deck & Dog Friendly
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (32)
"Great location. Charming small cabin equipped with all essentials for a comfortable stay. Steps to the lake. Barbecue on your own deck which is easy to operate and works great. Bed in the bedroom is comfortable and very clean. Sofa beds in living room are more like mats on wood and not comfortable at all. They are also very worn. Overall this is a great place for a getaway. Traditional Ski Chalet w/ Hot tub & Pool Tbl
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (11)
"We had 10 adults (5 couples) and 3 children for our week at the cabin. The bedroom configuration worked well for us and the extra twin beds in some of the king bedrooms were great for the young children. It was a good base location for hiking, grocery stores in Truckee and Kings Beach, and lake activities at Kings Beach. We made several trips to North Tahoe Regional Park for the wonderful playground and Tahoe Treehouse Adventures. We dined out one night at Jason’s in Kings Beach and cooked in...

Tahoe Vista, Dogs Ok, Walk to Lake and Hiking -Into the Woods
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (19)
"The good: very close to Tahoe Recreation Area. You can walk there or drive and park, then walk or hike all around. Also close to two grocery stores, lots of restaurants, and Kings beach. Parking is on a little u-shaped driveway, which is great. Lots of windows throughout the cabin and a few ceiling fans keep the air moving. Lots of beds, foldaways, etc., as well as a ton of James Patterson books to borrow for a beach read. Less good: DVD player not working while we were there and the...

Queens Peak | Filtered Lake Views
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (29)
"The house was good and location was very convenient for our goals (skiing at Northstar while staying outside of the resort area). We also walked to a nearby park and it was also a very nice thing to discover. I was doubting about booking this place because of several bad reviews, so here is my update: 1) matrasses where good and sheets were clean; 2) coffee maker and dishwasher worked just fine. 3) blinds were in place, no issues with that. I also really appreciate having a big collection of...

"It had everything we needed! Fireplace, close proximity to Northstar and woods behind it! Only complaint would be to have some shampoo and conditioner."

Charming Lakefront Cabin Complex, with Pier/Buoy, Sandy Beach, shared Deck & Dog Friendly
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (30)
"We spent 3 nights with our two dogs. What a charming cottage literally on the beach! Amazing views from bay window. Everything very clean. Comfy bed. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the living room furniture, major garage sale vibes of various eras. Thank you for sharing this incredible place, we will be back! "
