冷氣（暖氣功能）壞掉，跨年前冷的半死 不會再來
跨年寒流來襲，窗戶壞掉（天氣13-14度），冷風ㄧ直從窗吹進來 冷氣也壞掉 吹出來的風都是冷風，冷氣溫度永遠顯示15度，調到暖氣 溫度28度根本沒用 後來反應三次 才換了ㄧ間給我們 這間的窗戶/冷氣也壞掉了 最後是沒開冷氣的情況下睡覺 些微暖活ㄧ點 櫃檯自己再裡面吹暖暖 客人在房間冷的半死 回應很明顯就是打馬乎眼 只說會調暖一點（根本沒有） 還有說不然多給妳ㄧ件棉被 整個超傻眼…. 我猜上面的主管應該都不知道貴房間很多冷氣的暖氣功能早壞掉了吧 窗戶也是 得過且過的態度 以後絕不會再來

浴缸不夠整潔
浴缸的清潔可能還是要注意一下 上面滿水位的排水孔都是上一個住客的頭髮… 房間有上一個住客的眉筆 但是整體服務都不錯 早餐也不是那種敷衍的傳統早餐 還蠻好吃的 櫃檯有一個穿針織衣長髮的服務人員很親切也很漂亮
