Clean and good value. The breakfast buffet is excellent. They are still using “real” room key. This is very outdated and I had to be careful about not losing it.

Very outdated no phone charging terminals , room was cold so had to ask for heating, on asking the staff said no one else has asked for heating, room was very dirty in some places and the bedding had seen better days

The room décor has a classic touch, and everything is very well maintained. The variety of TV programs and movies is impressive, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staffs were cold, no smile, no welcoming, the room had strong mildew smell and the bathroom had mold all over the shower and walls ( it’s nice that they changed the room right away) cleaning services were very bad, over all, it was very disappointed for a well known hotel that is so not perfectionist.
