"Nothing went away from the start. The web site gave us the wrong address and we couldn’t find the right place for a long time. The staff gave us very little help. Finally we found some local people who gave us directions to the place. The place…where do I start. The place was old and had a lot of problems, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock or a latch so it wouldn’t stay closed, the shower drain very slowly, every time we took a shower we would be standing in a pool of water.
