"The Takeo Onsen Kyotoya is a traditional Japanese hotel. I wanted the tatami mat and futon experience and this property exceeded my expectations. I enjoy the older style of hotel as the nostalgia of the experience is valuable to me. The room and bath were well appointed and very comfortable. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness.
