Good location, but the room is very small. 27" luggage cannot be not fully opened. Free breakfast is excellent. If you plan to stay one night in Saga, here is a good choice.

Amazing staff

So convenient for the station, just steps away. The room was compact but nicely done. The bathroom was older and very small but this was my only concern. The staff were amazingly helpful, couldn't ask for better service, and Takeo is a lovely laid back place with excellent train connections

Value for money. Comes with real onsen.

We didn't expect any onsen or public bath before we checked in. It is a surprise to us that this hotel comes with a real onsen, even with indoor and outdoor! Hotel is right next to the Takeo Onsen station. A+ location. Free breakfast included which is out of my expectation too. So far we had a pleasant stay here. Value for money.

Front of the station, you won't miss it. Very good hot spring however, not running water. One thing I would say, noting around hotel and station. Difficult to find dinner place especially night time.

It being a 1 min walk away from the train station was a major plus for me. It is a great location to have day trips to Arita and Imari, if you are into pottery. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!

Upon check in I explained to the staff member my Japanese was not very good and asked them to speak slowly. They spoke fast. I asked them again to slow down but they continued to speak fast. It was a little embarrassing for me. The elevator takes a while since there is only one. The room was a standard business hotel room, but the pillows were hard, and there was an incredible amount of dust collecting behind the TV. On the other hand, the onsen was nice, and parking was free and convenient.

It was very nice to stay in Central Hotel. A reception lady intern who help me to make a ferry and shuttle bus reservation for my next trip. Thanks for her help to let me have a good tour in next day.

As others have mentioned, the main building is older, while the annex is newer. But, the main is remodeled and was comfortable enough. Nothing special, but it was directly adjacent the train station.

Great price. Breakfast was definitely Japanese style, but good. Got a Superior Double Room - Yes double bed, but up against a wall so really no space to move around for 2 people. However, the bed was comfortable.

Decent stay / Have rooms for improvement

Overall experience was more than decent. That being said, some less-common areas in the bathroom (e.g. the area beneath the sink was quite dirty, all black) and the television seems to be too small and old for the price tag I have paid compared to other hotels.
